HappilyEverAfter.no is committed to treating your personal information with respect and caution, and we only collect and store the personal information that is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations under the agreement with you.

In order to send you your records, we are obliged to provide your name and address. To effectively contact you regarding your order, we need your phone number and email address. 

In accordance with Norwegian law, we are required to keep accounting information including order confirmations, invoices and credit notes. We also need this information in the event of a complaint.

When you pay by card, this is handled by our payment partner for safe and fast processing.

HappilyEverAfter uses cookies for the purpose of optimizing the web shop and its functionality and thus making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

1 Introduction

It should be easy and safe to shop at HappilyEverAfter.no. All purchases are regulated by standard sales conditions in accordance with Norwegian legislation for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet.

Please read the general terms and conditions that apply when you shop with us. When you purchase an item, it also means that you have accepted and accepted the current conditions, and that you are over 18 years of age. 

2. Parties

Buyer:
The person who makes the order. 

3. Agreement, contract conclusion and order confirmation

Once you complete your purchase in the online store, the agreement is considered to be binding and binding on both parties.

You will receive an order confirmation immediately upon order. We recommend that you check that the order confirmation matches the order. If there is no match between the order and the order confirmation, you should contact us as soon as possible.

The order confirmation and the terms of purchase together form the basis of the agreement. 

4. Rates

The prices quoted in the online store include VAT, shipping and packaging.
Goods deliveries to Svalbard or Jan Mayen are sold without the addition of value added tax. 

5. Payment

A poster is personalized to each individual customer and thus falls under the category of "manufacturing purchase". Payment is therefore made when the order is completed in the online store.

You can pay with Vipps, PayPal, VISA, Mastercard or American Express. When you pay by card, this is handled by our payment partner Stripe.

When paying by credit card, the Credit Purchase Act, etc. come into use. 

6. Delivery

Delivery of one or more items from us to you takes place in the manner, at the place and at the time specified in the order solution in the online store. 

7. Undo

The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements on the delivery of goods that have been manufactured in accordance with the consumer's specifications, or which have had a clear personal mark (cf. the Right of Cancellation Act section 22). Each item is unique and specially printed with information provided to us, so there is no right of withdrawal for products ordered at happilyeverafter.no. The product cannot be canceled after payment has been completed in the online store and cannot be returned after delivery. 

8. Examination of the item

When you receive your mail, it is advisable to check to a reasonable extent whether it is in accordance with the order, whether it has been damaged during transport or if it is otherwise missing.

If the item does not comply with the order or has any defects, you must notify us by complaint, cf. point 9 of the purchase order. 

9. Complaint

Every single product from happilyeverafter.no is inspected and checked, but there can still be damage or errors to our products. Of course, if there is a fault or damage during production or transport, you have the right to claim. 

Send a message via Facebook with as much information as possible: order number, e-mail address, description of the damage, pictures of the family tree (and damaged packaging) and any other relevant information. 

In processing the complaint, we will typically produce a new family tree to meet both our and your product requirements. This is produced and shipped at no extra cost.

Complaint deadline is two months after receiving the family tree.

10. Personal Information

We only collect and store the personal information necessary for us to fulfill our obligations under the agreement with you. All personal data is kept confidential and will not under any circumstances be disclosed to a third party. No debit or credit card information is stored by us. (See privacyfor more information.)

11. Other

The terms of this Agreement shall not be construed as limiting the statutory rights, but shall cover the principal rights and obligations of the parties to the trade. Please refer to the full text of the law ContractsConsumer lawmarketing ActCancellation Actand Electronic Commerce Act.

12. Production

When ordering, we will receive a photo from you to initiate your order. The image is stored in our Google Drive folders that our team of designers can access. If you want us to delete your customer folder with produced records and original image, please contact.

13. Pictures on the webshop

The pictures on the net shop are mood pictures. Size of images may differ from reality relative to scale.

14. Other

We are in no way affiliated or authorized by The Simpsons, and neither that entity nor any of its affiliates has licensed or authorized us.
